The friendly staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, which is always a delight. The location was fantastic; being close to a myriad of good food spots and attractions like Michigan State University meant I could easily squeeze in some cultural explorations post meetings. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with essentials like free WiFi and a comfy workspace—perfect for a bit of late-night writing after enjoying a local performance. While I cherished the gym and the complimentary breakfast, I did have a small hiccup with my request for extra towels; I’d expect a bit more follow-up on that. The indoor pool and fitness center provided much-needed relaxation after a busy day. The Hampton Inn & Suites East Lansing is ideal for travelers looking to blend work with a touch of leisure, though they might need to work on a better towel delivery system!
